What's for tea tonight? (#8)

Last night was cubed roasted sweet potato with black beans, red onion, spring onion,paprika, fresh coriander,jalopeno peppers and topped with feta and all mixed together and put under the grill served with tomatoes and squeezed with lime. It's really delicious.

Tonight is butternut squash curry with rice or cous cous with chapatis & hot mango pickle.
 
I'm on a mission to use up some the half packets of stuff I've got clogging up the cupboards & freezer.
So tonight we've got some kind of giant couscous/puy lentil salad.
Will add broad beans and spring onions from the garden and perhaps some harissa to flavour it.
I've taken some chicken stock out the freezer so will cook the couscous in it.

Lamb kebabs & halloumi to go with it.

Yesterday was a jumbo hotdog and beer at the 3Arena. No fried onions - only raw ones at the stand - shocking that! No complaints though, hotdog was good.

Today its back to healthy buzz of boiled potatoes, smoked mackerel and salad with avocado, spinach, tomatoes and beetroot.
 
Hotdog buns. Fish fingers in the small's, with ketchup and gherkins. I made bean burgers for me, shaped into sausages for now and five into burgers for the freezer.
