Fry the sausages whole, then slice them. Otherwise they tend to crumble.A sausage tomato slop thing. Going to chop up the sausages into coins, fry them off and put to one side, then fry off onion/garlic/red chillies, then yellow and orange peppers. Chuck everything in together with some tins of chopped tomatoes, and simmer gently for a bit. Then serve with TB fresh pasta.

nice to see you're not shy of garlic either
Apologies for the massive picture - taken on my phone so no idea how it's turned into that monster.
I always use a whole bulb of garlic when I'm cooking. More the merrier in my book, and it increases the odds that people don't sit next to me on the train.nice to see you're not shy of garlic either
yeh but the 16 empty tinnies you have in front of you on even the shortest train journey quite effective as a barrier too.I always use a whole bulb of garlic when I'm cooking. More the merrier in my book, and it increases the odds that people don't sit next to me on the train.

It was two white onions, a bulb of garlic, red chillies, an orange pepper and two yellow peppers. Chopped up and fried in the fat from the sausages and some extra olive oil. The sausages went back in after the veg had softened a bit along with two tins of chopped tomatoes, and simmered for half an hour.Looks lush, give us more details
