Strikes me, if the tapes contain evidence of perjury, those who voted against are guilty of obstruction of justice so should be indicted as well.

Bezos' PI, De Becker, claims to have linked the leaked photos’s to Michael Sanchez,and through him to Roger Stone and Carter Page. If true that puts the leaks into Trump's circle. Stone is a bit of a hold out on the Russian investigation but has some serious charges against him (including witness tampering) after a raid on his home a few weeks back. This has potential to get messy for the White House. The whole thing is like the most un-credible John Grisham novel ever.
