Curious what Taramasalata looks like early in the process.
I would assume it looks like fish eggs?

Do they need deep frying, or can they be baked / air fried / in a pan?Honestly, no discernible difference.
Am eating them now in a pitta with lettuce, cucumber, tomato, fried chili and a bit of mayonnaise.
Delicious, far nicer than any sort of veggie burger.
Cheap and easy, well worth a tiny bit of effort.
Any of those methods work.Do they need deep frying, or can they be baked / air fried / in a pan?
Fab. Will experiment but won't get into deep fryingAny of those methods work.
With baking you'd have to be careful not to dry them out. Hot and fast in some oil like a roast potato is probably the way.
This recipe looks like it works well.
Looks piss easy. Will report backThis recipe looks like it works well.
I put some hot honey (infused with habanero flakes) in a cup of tea today. Wow!
The difficult bit is getting them dry enough to form into balls without them disintegrating.Looks piss easy. Will report back
the honey was a sugar replacement, so the tea had milk in it too as I don’t like black tea. I just figured that if I liked chai, I might like chili tea, and I was right! That sounds good!
Although I like milk (either cow or oat substitute) best in tea, we don't always have those items in, but jars of honey don't go off so when we don't have milk or similar, I drink my tea black with a spoonful of honey in it.
I reckon the addition of chilli flakes would be great if I'm feeling a bit under the weather and need a bit of a pep up/sinus clear! As well as being tasty.
