How'd you do the eggs ? Hard boiled and chopped or added to the wok and kinda scrambled ?

I push the veg to the side of the pan and scramble the eggs in the pan next to them then mix it all together.

I went out for breakfast with my mum. She had a FEB, I had smashed avocado on doorstep sourdough with smoked salmon and 2 poached eggs. It was delicious.

I had two slices of buttered toast with ginger jam; a new discovery that I like a lot. This didn't quite hit the spot though so I'm now having a couple of crumpets with raspberry jam as well.
