What are you having for breakfast?

Porridge (but not the cheap manky stuff for a change), with half water half milk, blueberries, chopped bannana, chopped mixed nuts and cinnamon. With a mug of warm water and a slice of lemon. And a cat on my lap :cool: It's amazing how your (well 'my') body adapts to not having caffeine first thing in the morning. I now just have my tea or coffee a few hours later when I get to work and that's all I need to get me through the day. Although that could be all the iron tablets I'm taking .... :hmm::D

I've drifted away from having a brew each morning when I get up, and drink water instead. I've not noticed any real difference in alertness to be honest, but I've always been one of those annoying people who are bright eyes and bushy tailed first thing so it probably doesn't matter.

I'm not remotely bright eyed and bushy tailed first thing in the morning - with or without caffeine :D i just like the idea that the water and lemon is cleansing my system
