Cheese and bread, coffee. I can't eat fruit first thing in the winter, I envy you all your virtuous fruity breakfasts.

Banana, peanut butter and oat smoothie made with rice milk, I like the sweetness of it.
Large glass bitty orange juice.

Just bits of cacao bean / cocoa bean (the thing chocolate is made from) that've been fermented and roasted (unroasted will be described as "raw") and crushed into small pieces
