I don't pick my nose that often but absolutely have to when I get one of those hardened crusty bogies stuck to the inside. They're so annoying - and hoiking it out is very satisfying.

I didn't have any sausages to hand for a traditional FEB bean barrier, so I improvised. I'm a maverick like that - I don't play by the rules but I get results!

Two rounds of cheese sandwiches, followed by two red-fleshed apples. The apples are a bit odd and off-putting having red flesh all the way through to the core. The core is the normal apple colour, so no idea how they managed to create this weird fruit.

Rustic veg soup with an apple for afters.
One part oats to two water is what I always use. Add a pinch of salt to taste. Adding honey might make it runnier though, so increasing the quantity of oats should do the trick.
