An interesting weekend's baking...
6.30 Saturday morning I realised too late that I was almost out of spelt flour, so I made up the difference with Spelt flakes and it turned out reasonably well.
Sunday morning's loaf was a right mess.
Somehow I'd forgotten to buy flour, so I mixed rye, buckwheat and ground linseed ...
I once made a loaf and left out the yeast and it was just about edible - while it was hot - after that it was inedible - even by me.
This one wasn't quite so bad, but I made sure I necked the whole lot for breakfast.
