An interesting weekend's baking...

6.30 Saturday morning I realised too late that I was almost out of spelt flour, so I made up the difference with Spelt flakes and it turned out reasonably well.

Sunday morning's loaf was a right mess.
Somehow I'd forgotten to buy flour, so I mixed rye, buckwheat and ground linseed ...
I once made a loaf and left out the yeast and it was just about edible - while it was hot - after that it was inedible - even by me.
This one wasn't quite so bad, but I made sure I necked the whole lot for breakfast.

I can get quite upset about what has happened to Jaegermeister. Chilling it takes all the complexity out of it and doing it in shots or god forbid mixing it with that evil fucking Red Bull shit. Well, hanging is too good for them IMO.
