Expensive Dorset Cereals muesli with cacao nibs and all sorts of posh stuff in it. Was a present for Mrs R but she wasn't interested so I'm eating it this week instead of my normal Alpen. It's alright, but a bit sweet and it takes all morning to pick the little bits out of my teeth. At least when it's gone I won't have to stare at another scorned present every morning though

Straight spelt loaf - no ground linseed or seeds to spoil the structure - only 2 hours in the machine - added salt - even the peanut butter had salt.
