Any idea what the background of NEAR is? From looking around a bit, I found that in classic UK antifascist style, SUTR have a separate event page asking people to turn up at the same place and time as the NEAR demo.

It’s often the way They generally end up merging into one event at some point.

Same with the other side too tbf. There’s various groups, it it’s always the same few people turning up to counter anything they think is vaguely “lefty” without actually looking into what it is. They countered an anti austerity rally a few years ago

From past experience they usually get vastly outnumbered though.
