Not just abused but one person alleged in the press that 100,000 children were being killed every year.

When asked how the bodies were being disposed of, she made reference to mobile crematoria!

Curiously, a few years later, when Colin Powell was addressing the UN about the need to invade Iraq, he explained the absence of known chemical weapons facilties by the fact that the Iraqis had 18 mobile chemical laboratories. None of which were, of course, found

IIRC, they may not have found the "mobile labs", but they did find the tracks they actually photographed and declared to be labs; and they turned out to be water bowsers.
