I was rather shocked by the following where they were looking more broadly at political nomenclature.

Starmer is routinely said to have been named after Keir Hardie, a founder of the Labour party, although some Starmer scholars argue there is minimal evidence for this.

1. What other Keir could he possibly be named after?
