Prince Andrew, Duke of York, named in underage 'sex slave' lawsuit

Actual harm is the more likely of the two.
Possibly yes but, although I don’t expect to see it during my own lifetime.

I think the days of the UK monarchy are probably numbered and sooner or later, the Royals will retreat from public life (either voluntarily or mandated) but will continue to live in the lap of luxury, counting their money and re-living former glorious times.

Meanwhile, the surplus royal residences will be sold and become residences for middle eastern gentlemen to store their wives.

Or something.

You're not a cap doffing royalist are you?

Not particularly - more that that I despise those who seek to bask in the achievements of others, and who repeatedly use the language of war and conflict to challenge a political settlement while living a very long way from the cities where bombs would go off or from the ditches where bodies would be dumped.

War for others, but not for the individual - or individuals - concerned...

You're not making any sense.

I'm still an Irish person with ideals, regardless of where I live.

There are plenty of posters who live outside of the UK. Some of them aren't British but all of them have opinions and should be able to voice them without fear.

What if you were sneered at for talking about countries you don't live in?

Revolutionary Walts, place is full of them…

It’s an indescribably stupid non-story of course, but it’s still interesting to see it in The Sun rather than the Star, where this kind of drivel usually resides.
