I had dried insects many years ago - think they were crickets. They were nice and crunchy, would recommend.

A freind gave me some Cricket protein powder called Chirp. It goes in stews, soups etc or baking. I used it a few times and it was completely flavourless. Way more expensive than whey protein but not as many farts.
