So the failed to get off peel and messed up pizza which was then impromptu clazone-ified end up being the best so far.
The crust was Crispy but not dried out. It was molten hot but was tasty as it cooled.
Probably overdid the toppings but it was really enjoyable.
Ended up being the last pizza of the night as the British summer did its thing
The drizzle started to clear after a few minutes but as I had finished the first pack of dough we decided to wrap up the testing session there.
I have learnt a few things and will be doing some additional prep next time. Maybe also getting a different peel.
