Confess I really like to eat a decent (thin, hand stretched, etc) pizza served on a proper plate with a knife and fork. Plus some chilli oil.

No. Pizza wheels or scissors are accetable to cut the pizza into manageable chunks - I'm talking about knives and forks. That's just not normal. The whole point of pizza is to shovel it in your gob.

Yes. But then I quite often eat sandwiches with a knife and fork too, and definitely a burger. Not keen on getting my hands in food, unless it's toast, fruit or a small cake.

Sausage and gravy pizza. No tomato. Base is made out of batter.
