I was wondering tonight if sauerkraut would work on pizza
I'd eat it as a side in much the same way I enjoy a side of coleslaw with pizza, but on top?
It would take some convincing me tbh

Already posted on the double carbs thread, but so good it deserves another outing. Delicious.
They’re sides. Served on top.I have questions about the haphazard and uneven distribution of some of the "toppings"

Probably. Add some pineapple and sweetcorn and it'd work great.I was wondering tonight if sauerkraut would work on pizza

Well it is Friday and yet another new place was tried. Good quality, very fresh ingredients. Very thin crust but needed another 30 seconds, not to mention cutlery for Mrs tag .

You are right. They were thin enough to spit peas throughToppings look good, but it does have the appearance that there may be structural integrity issues towards the middle of them.
I'd be pretty fucking disappointed if I got something like that - pineapples or no - from a place that prided itself on its pizza. That looks Tesco frozen, with some extra toppings thrown on it. People who can't make a decent pizza to begin with shouldn't throw stones.
Only one tonight

I can report Mrs Tag is fine. The pizza was part of a family meal in an Italian as opposed to a pizzeria. Is Mrs Tag OK?
That pizza looks lush. Bit too much crust showing for my liking as I prefer my toppings a bit further towards the circumference, but overall it looks good.
They both look good, but something seems to have gone wrong with the cheese melting laws of physics in the top one!

A puzzling decision unless Parmesan, pecorino or similar. But of course, innovation is the way of the world.Sprinkled on after cooking?
Mrs tag is vegetarian so it wasn't parmesan.A puzzling decision unless Parmesan, pecorino or similar. But of course, innovation is the way of the world.
