Pizza

I was wondering tonight if sauerkraut would work on pizza
Also too wet and is the the foodie equivilent of mixing metaphors :hmm:
Incidentally, I heard a leading Italian chef on the radio a day or two ago speaking of the possible demise of Pizza Hut. He said Americans
still don't really do pizza and one of the best pizza's he had ever eaten was somewhere in Bristol.

Is Mrs Tag OK?

That pizza looks lush. Bit too much crust showing for my liking as I prefer my toppings a bit further towards the circumference, but overall it looks good.
I can report Mrs Tag is fine. The pizza was part of a family meal in an Italian as opposed to a pizzeria.
PS. the base was extremely thin, perhaps too much so and it was very sloppy.
