I got tickets for swimming (but a morning session, couldn't get any Finals). I'm so excited

Also got tickets for Goalball (an evening session), as no way will we be able to do whole Park in one day as my arms will be fucked from pushing a wheelchair, and I wanted to see the Park at night.

I'm excited :D

I have some tickets to athletics, I think there are medals at it. And I have some tickets to one of the horse events. I am not sure if its the one where they make the horse mince about though.

I looked Goalball up last month, as I had no idea what it was. Looks like a fantastic game.

Don't think there were any afternoon sessions (or even any) for the athletics (or any for wheelchair spaces).

Really don't know how the fuck I'm going to get there for 9.30am swimming. Going to be a bit of a challenge :D

Was offered equestrian ones but not knowing what the weather's going to be like, had to go for indoors sessions.

The rugby is supposed to be one of the most popular sessions, but I didn't bother with that for some reason

I have a day pass to Excel on the 29th August I think, only a tenner :) I think there is table tennis and weight lifting going on - couldn't get any for the stadium though:( but i'm away for the first week of September, but I'm staying in Dorset so will try and catch some sailing as well

Fingers crossed for good weather for you.

BBC London weather for next weeks looks a bit :eek:

Got athletics tickets. Even the priciest tickets were only £30. Looking forward to it :)

I see there's an accessibility shuttle bus service. Haven't worked out how that works yet. Is it just for pick up/drop offs from venues to stations/piers etc. or is it a hop on/hop off service that can take you from one venue to the next even if you don't have tickets for a particular venue even though you have day pass? :hmm:

I have tickets for the athletics - full day session. I am also excited!

Out of interest, when did you all book your tickets?

Rub it in why don't you :(

May be wrong, but it certainly has been the last few days unless I've just been going for the most popular events. You could always sit and hold on the phone for what seems like forever, like I did this morning :D

Actually, I was done and dusted within 30 minutes, and that was with lots of faffing about with dates and going through stuff I might like to see and what I wouldn't, so not bad at all

mmm, thanks for so very specifically leaving me out of your question, won't bother answering then :p

Oh sorry, couldn't you see there from my seats right at the back here :D

So when did you get them then?

I'm still trying to figure out where we'll be sitting. I know where, but not where exactly, ie. are there tiers for wheelchairs or just one row at the front etc.? :hmm:
