I've been to both countries but only got hammered in Prague - Amsterdam was a sensible, romantic city break.

i think the quality between countries has gotten a lot closer and play more standardised perhaps? less room to play open football ??

Do I cheer the Dutch on seeing as I have worked with dozens of Dutch engineers over the last decade. Or cheer on the Czechs as I worked with one Czech engineer an incredible craftsman who made all of us feel like we only had one hand?
Very difficult to decide.
