Am I the only person to have quite enjoyed this then? Two teams countering each other well. Each have tried a variety of tactics to break the other down, but have failed.

Obviously, I still hope it opens up now and we get some actual goals.

Apparently before the Quarter Final, Mascherano was firing the dressing room up by screaming "Years of eating shit and I'm sick of it!",staring the rest of them in the eye one by one, followed by some kind of end of Braveheart speech.

He's the guy who's running things it would seem.

No you're not,great game and either side will give a better match against Germany than Brasil did.

Tranmere would give Germany a better game than Brazil did.

A perfect 40 yard pass to a team-mate upfield is much more efficient than dribbling all that way

tbh though this is more what a world cup semi should be like - when you get down to the best four teams you expect them to be evenly matched. Yesterday's game was more of an oddity
