This will be the first time then. Last time, he DID shake that kid's hand. It was just edited to look like he didn't. He went back later.

In this one is he giving a thumbs up or offering a handshake? Would be more common for a Brazilian kid to give a thumbs-up. It's not a handshake country, not being 19th century Cambridge and that.
