Laurence Fox. The twat.

and laurence's second screen - where he's saying they're advocating violence?

but ta - what you posted is handy :)
Doesn't say they're advocating violence, just makes the pathetic excuse he's not going because he doesn't know any of the other speakers. 😂

His statement in full:

Statement regarding 26th October
I am disgusted by the two tiered justice system which Tommy Robinson has been subjected to. We have normalised the imprisonment of those with whom we disagree. Tommy is now a political prisoner. A situation which shames our nation. I will continue to do what I can to raise awareness both to his cause and the growing tyranny in the uk. Having been involved in the planning and funding of the previous marches and having some understanding of the huge efforts required to make these events pass peacefully, I am concerned that the current climate makes our task even more onerous. I’m not sufficiently reassured that the preparations which have been put in place to ensure the first marches passed so peacefully is sufficiently robust to make sure this one does the same. I am sincerely looking forward to being proved wrong.I have seen the speakers list for tomorrow. I don’t recognise a single name. I cannot not share a stage with people I don’t know and trust well and therefore I will not be attending tomorrow’s march. I hope it passes peacefully and without incident and is a celebration of our collective rejection of the two tiered society we have been forced into.Tommy has awakened the people through his dogged determination to seek the truth. He has been martyred for doing so. We have a long battle ahead and it is so encouraging to see so many support the basic values of free speech, thought and enquiry.Tensions are running high. Peter Lynch took his life in prison this week as a result of an appalling and biased judiciary. I am not reassured as to how the commemoration of that atrocity which has been raised in discussions is going to be handled. Again I appeal for those who do attend tomorrow to be calm. Nothing would please the regime more than this gathering to descend into chaos. Please don’t take that bait. Be calm. Be happy and be many.

That statement seems relatively sensible - are we sure it's actually written by Fox?

Regarding the reference to Peter Lynch - I thought he'd died in prison of natural causes, but that's suggesting he took his own life.

The Telegraph reported it as 'believed to have taken his own life '.

More than suggesting, it explicitly says he killed himself.

I will be interested in hearing more about the slate of speakers Laurence Fox considers too risky to share a stage with at a Yaxley-Lennon rally - Hitler's ghost? KKK leaders in full uniform?

From reading the comments, it seems the other speakers are mainly a load of relatives of the jailed rioters, they've dragged together. No doubt whining how their relative who was trying to burn down a hotel with children in it is a lovely man and great dad. 🙄

This might actually be him done afa politics is concerned. GBeebies is out, Garage dumped him last year, Tommeh's Touts won't forgive the cowardice - is there a crowd left for him to grift at? Can't imagine he's offering much value for money to his sponsor any more.

Perhaps the cloth beckons, last refuge of the terminal case.

I'm not really clear what his audience is right now? Like: what kind of person was thinking of going yesterday but was then went all "Oh well if Lawrence Fox isn't going to be there I won't bother then..."?

I get that he has followers on social media, but it's not the same fervour as "Tommy" is it?

There was a specific point when people felt sorry for him being "cancelled" and he still got into the mainstream media (to talk about being cancelled and also when running for London Mayor) but that is long gone now.

Fox saw Tommeh getting banged up and decided that shit's a bit too real for him and bravely stayed away. He shut the fuck up once folk started getting nicked after the riots too. Just a sad little posh-boy with no bollocks to back up his larrup.
So much for Lozza being a Strong Man.

He always bangs on about being a Christian, so he'll probably go the way of Matt Le Tissier and Russell Brand.

I bet Calvin offers him a chance to work with him in America but he chickens out at the last minute when he finds out he's expected to umpire drive by shooting tournaments.
