Producing pornography is a criminal offence in the UK. This includes making, distributing or showing pornography.

The sentence for distributing or showing pornography is 3 months in prison and/or an unlimited fine.

From the CPS -

Prosecutors will have the power to apply the law in three different categories of so-called revenge porn from now on.

It will become an offence to share an intimate photograph or film:

a. without consent,
b. without consent and with intent to cause alarm, distress, or humiliation,
c. without consent and or for the purpose of obtaining sexual gratification.

The new guidance also covers any threats to share intimate images where the victim or someone known to the victim fears that the threat could actually be carried out, or the offender is reckless as to whether there are any such fears.

The act of ‘downblousing’, where downward facing photos of a woman’s top and chest are shared without her consent, will also fall into the scope of prosecutions for the first time.

If down blousing falls under 'revenge porn' then the more intimate up skirting should as well.

When I went to vote yesterday, I noticed the entitled fool was on of the three ballot papers as an independent candidate.

Can’t remember if he was standing for Mayor, Assembly (London) or Assembly (Constituency) or whatever the fuck, it’s so confusing exercising one’s democratic rights in this great metropolis when it comes to local elections.

I’m sure that several voters will have put their three voting slips in the wrong box as they weren’t marked clearly, it’s a good thing I wasn’t voting in the evening when I’m usually pissed, and even then in the cold light of morning I had to think about it carefully.

And another thing; they’d moved the facking voting booth or caravan or what the fuck from its usual location 5 mins away to some unknown godforsaken place down an alleyway, I had to use facking Google Maps to find the fucker.

Anyway. deep breath I digress.

Is it possible, I mused, that ‘Lozza’s latest disgusting upskirt-posting antic was deliberately done so as to get everyone talking about how revolting he is, rather than laughing at the lamentably poor number of votes he will inevitably get as an independent, rather than as the official representative of the weirdo far-right party of which he is meant to be the figurehead, but due to incompetence failed to submit the correct paperwork?
