Yeah, I don't know how anyone can defend LF and his behaviour at all. Even if you think he makes some valid points, he's not a reasonable person. And anyone who thinks "cat lady" is an insult is kind of stuck in the 50s and in any case is missing the target when they're using it against someone who proudly calls herself that.

I can also see both on desktop. Since I do have an x-twitter account and I access it from this browser I opened that page of the thread in another browser which isn't linked to x-twitter. Can still see both.

I've got a twitter account, just don't want to sign in that much. Until a few months ago seeing replies/threads/what was being replied to wasn't a problem. I keep forgetting about nitter but even that's a bit of a faff.

Browser won't make a difference as your twitter feed is supplied via various backend services and rendered in the browser. Well shouldn't anyway.

I can't quite believe I am saying this, but, to be fair to JKR, she started writing under a different name to have half a chance of writing something that wouldn't be be judged along side Harry Potter.

I find JKRs culture war opinions horrendous but she already was well reviewed (even if you don't like Harry Potter) and I do understand trying to do something different is hard when you are incredibly famous

I’m already ordained as a priest in California despite never visited. I can marry and bury and everything. I did an online signup for the United Life Church way back in late 90s.
Only proviso being, if satan rears his ugly head I have to go to California to help fight him.

Calvin Harris can’t even use google let alone talk to God.
