Hellmans uses rapeseed oil and about 8% 'pasteurised egg and egg yolk'. The low fat stuff is about 2% egg. You might find fancier stuff on a supermarket shelf but nothing in a sandwich factory is going to be better than that. Homemade mayonnaise is lovely, but the Dulux white stuff in jars is Satan's jizz.I bow to the ultimate internet, undisputable reference - Wikipedia:
