The article says he will bang on about benefit 'fraud' and an increase in powers to investigate it and recover money. Which is very small in terms of politics and vision, will make next to fuck all difference and will sour the national attitude to people requiring benefits.
It does, unfortunately, play very well to most voters. I'm sure they're perfectly aware of what you're saying, but it's always been a vote winner.
 
When they say "will worry", do they mean "was predicted ages ago and will in no way surprise"?
