The folder 'transpero' led me to what appears to be an early incarnation of transpero.net, which is billed as "a site devoted to developing internet based resources for Labour Party members and supporters." The site is credited here as the work of Adrian McMenamin and the primary not-a-manifesto on the website is hosted at Adrian's weblog. Adrian McMenamin has been described by the Guardian as; "the classically hostile New Labour gatekeeper." He worked on a certain Hartlepool by-election that many of you will be familiar with, but the most fascinating aspect of his character is revealed in this article. Sock-puppets, anyone?

Excellent. I've asked my web site host about bandwidth and will get a response soon (I hope) I have no probs with the file being hosted on my site even if it does lead to my address. What they gonna do? shut it down? Ha

One day, we're all going to have to face Saint Peter at the Pearly Gates. He'll open his ledger and start to intone the long list of crimes and mortal sins we've committed - murder, bummed the cat, smoking in a public place, posting 'Fuck off Dwyer' and the like.

Faced with this list of felonies he'll expect his job to be an easy one - he'll be about to dispatch you to hell, just as he's done so, so may times before. However, when he gives you a chance to speak - a chance to save your very soul, all you need say, in a casual tone of voice, is "yeah, but I helped fuck up that Blair website". All of a sudden, a smile creeps acrosss his weathered features and he takes you in a great bear hug (as a side issue, you notice that he's got a semi on :eek: ). The Gates swing open and in you trot. However - another surprise! Its not the godbotherers heaven he sends you to - its the VIP section. There's sex, pies, Ket, kittens - and even a video link that allows you to watch Blair himself roasting on Satan's cock in 'the other place' (thats Hell, not the Tolling Gang, by the way). Rejoice!
 
OK I've uploaded the HTML but.... I didn't see the scrolling text and I'm sure it was visible to a lot of people. I was using FireFox so don't know if that was to blame.

The PDF file is still there and shows exactly what my browser saw when I created it.

Fong, I think you may have a proper working copy of it, could you zip it and send it to me via PM's so I can try to upload it to see if its different?

Rather than the normal modus operandi of Urban - lounging about, farting, posting owl piccies, I've suddenly got a new image: High tech efficiency, drive, go-getting achievers. Excellent stuff! Urban is a lean mean machine when roused (err.. to post joke names and funny pictures :D )

yes! this is the next front. I'm going to be going for seemingly legit names with bombs hidden inside - Bart ringing Mo's bar style. For example, Watt. A. Welbourn is an anagram of New Labour Twat. Throws down the gauntlet:
 
can someone actually host it as an HTM page?

So that you click to a link and get the page in all its glory, rather then as a zipped file that you have to unpack and look at on your own harddrive?

Just cause its soo much easier for more people to see if its just a page.

I have all the files, just lack the skill to get it to work :(
