Jeremy Corbyn's time is up

13.42 BST
Labour's NEC votes to block Corbyn from running as party candidate at election by 22 votes to 12
Keir Starmer’s move to block Jeremy Corbyn from running to be a Labour MP at the next election has been backed by the party’s national executive committee (NEC), PA Media reports. PA says:

A Labour spokesman said the leader’s motion passed by 22 votes to 12, meaning it is now down to Corbyn to decide whether to run as an independent candidate.

Corbyn, the veteran left-winger who has represented Islington North since 1983, had criticised the move as “undermining the party’s internal democracy” before its approval.

The motion says he “will not be endorsed by the NEC as a candidate on behalf of the Labour party at the next general election”.

Corbyn running as an independent in the north London constituency where he retains significant support could cause a distracting challenge for Starmer at the next election.

At least this’ll be a highlight of the next election, watching whatever servile careerist twat the revisionist Starmer clique puts up get pulverised by big boss man Corbyn. How low will the Starmer Puppet’s vote go? Will they be able to break Frank Dobson’s 13%?

He is a grumpy old man and I have got the impression at times that he's a man who bears grudges but she was being very irritating tbf.

Getting old is a given...getting grumpy is often the result of having strong principles and realising every fucker around you doesn't

Pau8l Mason is trundling his caravan up to north islington right now

TBF it does just cut in so who knows whether she introduced herself or not. Either way, it just exemplifies how crap he is with dealing with the media and why he was never going to lead Labour back into power.
To be fair if his shitty colleagues in the parliamentary Labour Party hadn't been out for his neck he almost certainly would have led labour to victory in 2017

I honestly don't get what the fuss is with that clip. Of course he's going to be curt with some entitled media bod rocking up and demanding answers off him shortly after he gets unceremoniously tossed out of the party he's dedicated his life to largely thanks to their campaign of smearing him as an anti-semite. It's only a wonder he stopped short of telling them to fuck off. I sometimes wonder if people have forgotten the likes of Corbyn are actual humans.

Whist on the subject of the media this from yesterday is just harassment pain and simple and you don't see them doing it to the vermin or company execs who may be involved in shenanigans:
