Ivory Coast v Portugal

Watching this game, and the past four years of football, makes one wonder whether Deco was ever any good and, if not, where on earth his reputation comes from.

I made them start my job interview early so I could make sure I could be back in time for this pile of shite. Yawnsville

It's his art innit.

Gets coat and leaves (actually good idea; means I don't have to watch the telly)

Using this universal law the first half of the Brazil game is going to be a cracker as I'll be travelling back from work.

Mark it in the Radio Times people.

adhering rigidly to said law i'm getting an early train back to london from dorset tomorrow so i don't miss an end-to-end first half between honduras and chile :)

:hmm:

I wonder if proper Portuguese people who aren't footballers are similarly afflicted with this alarmingly prevalent falling over disease.
Wot a shower of tarts.

Ronaldo takes a another dive..

The ESPN commenter says Ronaldo will go down if there's any contact, even if its just a puff of Wind.. lol :D

I'm lovin the "Bobby Charlton" Ivory Coast player with the dreadlock combover look !!! :D

The Portuguese art of falling over in open fields is well respected in rural parts of the country. There was a documentary about it shown at the Southbank earlier this year
