How many frocks have you got?

I love dresses but we've been skint for a few years, so I've got maybe only 10 - 15. I don't wear most of those though, some are too small or otherwise wrong. (I do have a few more if I count the ones in the go to charity bag that has been sitting there for over a year).

Are there shops particularly good for dresses? Now I'm working again I have some more money but I find clothes shopping a bit overwhelming as I'm rather neurotic about whether I'm buying the right thing.

Erm... around 50. Nearly as bad as my Doc Martens collection

I think maybe the same and a rather large boot collection too - bikers, riggers, Western boots etc.

About 25, but quite a lot of those could just go to the charity shop really as they are ancient/wrong size now. I have about six or so that I made myself that I wear a lot, and one or two shop favourites.

Ive not counted but its >20. Probably by some margin. Im mildly impressed with myself for moving from soley wearing black trousers to dresses pretty much everyday.

I need sort out though too many dont fit or dont suit.

i've probably got about 10, i have probably worn about 4 of them - once maybe twice - i love dresses but feel like a man in drag every time i put one on - i was brought up a tomboy and it's hard for me to feel ok in one.

But then i am so grateful to skinny jeans - i have a tonne of those, can dress them up or down

About a year ago I decided to start wearing dresses instead of my usual separates. I love them! I've got about 20, I suppose, but will probably buy some more.

Probably a dozen or so. Every spring/summer I unpack my seasonal stuff and remember about 3 or 4 dresses I forgot I had over winter. Probably about half are very occasional dresses not often worn. I do like my dresses.

Interestingly i was a tomboy most of my childhood and a lot of people are quite suprised that i'm such a dress person as i'm not that 'girly' a personality

Have just counted them and I have 11. Thought I had more! This is all of them, laid out on my bed:

On the top row there are 2 I wear all the time, the black and white and the grey one both with tiny flowers. The rest are summer or party dresses. I like dresses. I want more now. The multicoloured one on the bottom right is one of the few things I've ever bought full price (it was 55 quid! ) and I've had it for 5 years, wear it lots every summer.

I have three...one ubiquitous black jersey wrap dress, one dark blue posh silk one for weddings and one black and white linen one. I am just not girly enough for frocks, though I think they look wonderful on other people.
