When I get my sauerkraut made I'm going to have some with a hotdog and jalapeno peppers.

Planning for hotdogs later. Annoyingly could not get any soft white rolls/subs at the supermarket so picked up ciabattas which are not ideal.

Will cook up some New York-Style sautéed onions. Might melt some cheese in topping with currywurst and French's mustard. Maybe a few chips.

Some with the classic cart onions, mustard and currywurst.

Also got a bit of streaky bacon to use up. Going to slice the dogs in half, sandwich some blue cheese in the middle, wrap in streaky bacon, glaze and oven bake them.

What sort of size? I don't mind paying that sort of cash for a proper decent German wiener with a decent sub roll and all the trimmings.
