Wilton Way had a coronation street party so fuck 'em really. 🤷‍♀️
I noticed a coronation party at an estate on Brooke Road (Clapton end) but it had more of an urban vibe than a coronation vibe - so were forgiven.

Yeah ours was like that. No national anthem, a bit of Union Jack bunting but was just a chance for a bit of community mingling. One guy had a plastic Union Jack in his back pocket. That was it.

As he's a local lad, what do people think about the recent tizzy with Mizzy (whose real name is actually the much more interesting "Bacari-Bronze O’Garro")?

His most recent appears to have been letting himself into a train driving carriage. Obv he's being an obnoxious shite but it's actually an interesting one in terms of the law because he's put the trespassing grey zone front and centre. There's also an interesting grifter subnote – Andrew Tate's brother jumping in on his Twitter to "offer help". Presumably in the vein of how to upsell and monetise your arrest record in the attention economy?

He's an annoying toerag , but what do I know about teenagers at 58 🤣 I'd guess that he wouldn't do the walking through the open door to just anyone, so m/c stokie residents are perfect for that sort of stunt 🤔 the dye/dying thing wasnt funny (maybe because I'm 58😁) the leapfrogging a Hassidic teen, not funny , more harassment. I guess he initially monetarised all his shenanigans and will probably do that again, has he been shut down now ?

I did like the black women's response to him 🤣

Oh and I once did the train driving carriage thing in 1996 , I was pretty wasted , the train wasn't busy , I saw a door handle , the door wasn't locked & found myself in the driver's cab at the rear of the train. The train stopped for ages at Peckham Rye Station, and an angry driver hoofed me off the train & told me I was banned from the station. I waited for the next train, it wasn't big , it wasn't clever.

His Tiktok got shut down, but he's still on social media more generally. From his Twitter he's done at least one "no more pranks" vid in the last few days – I imagine being on the receiving end of the Real Deal when it comes to harassment (the British press) has intimidated him a bit.

the subtext of that Tate prick seems to be that all "poor kids in London" aka black kids in London are seconds away from stabbing each other... unless he can help show them the true way. nice gateway to a load of other crap.

I think the most interesting angle isn’t the local one, it’s that the algorithm incentivises this behaviour, so we will see a lot more of it all over. I’m curious about his next step after the Piers Morgan show. He’s an obvious candidate for reality tv…

There is some concern on Twitter from older black people about him wildly playing up to the stereotype of anti-social black male terrorising people for laughs.

That stuff he did with the "Do you want to dye/die." stuff was beyond the pale. Absolutely out of order for the women (and men) he targeted. Not sure how I'd react but fight or flight would come into it and I'm not very good at running these days. It was very intimidating stuff. /internet hardman.

I see a Youtube prankster in the states just got his nose broken in 3 places by a couple of good samaritans coming to help someone he was "robbing" at a cashpoint.

Play stupid games get stupid prizes/fuck around and find out etc.

Seems to have happened with so many Bank branches, the Santander on Kingsland High Street closed not long ago and the one in Stokey closed a few years ago, I have to use the one in Narrow Way, Hackney Central.

When I moved to Clapton in 1997 we had a bank (Nat West) which is now a bookies - it closed down not long after we moved there (cheers) I think for different reasons than current closures - it got robbed a couple of times  For a while we only had a cashpoint at the Shell Petrol Station - which was regularly interfered with - We had to go to Stokie or Stamford Hill for banks - which tbf , aren't far away.

I've been in Clissold Park today and came out at the back of Stokey Town Hall, there is a sign with the same message on the wall of the building at the back 😡
