I'll be supporting Argentina. I wanna see a Brazil/Arg final. That would be a cracker.
That is true but I cannot bring myself to support Argentina while Maradona is manager so I will be backing Germany.
Dont really care for the hand of god. That is the problem with England. Too obsessed with the past.
The Germans you could say where robbed by a goal that did not cross the line in 1966. What did they do? They moved on and went on to win more World Cups.
England? Decades later and still moaning about one incident.
Where did I mention anything about England
It is though, isn't it
I don't recall mentioning England once.
Personally, I don't think anybody who is banned for testing positive for banned substances in sport, let alone at a World Cup, should be a celebrated national football coach.
Transparent.
Ephedrine is a pussy drug anyway.
The current England manager coached Juve for fucking years while they were fixing all their games.
lol.
How about testing positive for Cocaine before that too?
And what have England, and their manager got to do with any of that anyway?
Cocaine isn't performance enhancing though. The opposite, in fact.
Are you suggesting that anybody who has ever used drugs should never be allowed to work again, or is that a special rule for footballers?
It depends on how it is used. It certainly can be though.
Sports stars, like Maradona, are for very good reasons not allowed to use illegal drugs. Not least because it can enhance performance unfairly, but also because professional football players are supposed to set a good example for those who look upto them. Kids and suchlike.
No it isn't, under any circumstances. Increases heart beat to a dangerous level, effects perception skills, causes lack of concentration - blatantly will not enhance anybody's performance. He didn't take it to cheat at football, he took it because he was an addict.
Dr. Gary Wadler said:"The acute effects of cocaine probably, overall, would impair and not enhance performance. But within a two-hour window, you may actually have some enhancement - overcoming fatigue, reaction time, and so on."
Ah, the role model defence. Meh. They're footballers not prophets.
And nobody is allowed to use illegal drugs. That's why they're illegal.
Admit it, it's just because of England. Everybody else already knows it.
Really? Dr. Gary Wadler of the World Anti-Doping Agency would disagree
Yeah right. Sports stars don't have a responsibility to set a good example? He could at least show some fucking humility and apologise for cheating.
You seem awfully keen to bring England into this. I know how you've been furiously wanking over them going out of the World Cup but they're out now. Go for a walk or something.
