I walked past and looked at the crowd, I didn't get that impression at all. Weren't particularly well-dressed and there was no champagne to be seen just bottled beer. Didn't go inside to see what they were eating. I think Tony Benn was speaking.

Next week Firebox will be opening up its doors for a trial week before our official grand launch on Monday 8th October.

We want to give you the chance to get involved and give feedback on what they would like to experience and taste in the cafe before we open officially for business.
Next week we’ll be serving breakfast and lunches with the Firebox twist – come in and sample our Greek Ploughmans and delicious Iranian Naan bread sandwiches. If there is something you would like to see on the menu, now’s your chance to suggest it!
Our free cafe wifi and computers will be available to use from next week, and will stay completely free once the cafe opens. So come and sip a Marxist Macchiato and dream the afternoon away…
