Think it's based on winning the first round and who we'd play after that.

I don't think you can 'call' any games now. Personally I would rather England went at a stronger side and built momentum than got a soft draw.

England look like a match or better for Japan or Colombia.

It’s nothing to do with Japan or Colombia (the assumption is England will wee on either of them). It’s about whether you want to lose to Brazil in the quarters or Spain in the semis.
