I'll be at my desk all afternoon but my PC doesn't have the latest version of Flash and I'm not sure I can talk the IT boys into installing it so I can watch the football

Capello won't be playing an experimental side for this one:

Ferdinand's injury happened in training, gonna stop that too?

I kind of understand the point, but I do think there's merit to playing actual matches, against an opposition you don't know and who want to beat you. I just imagine matches in training can only do so much for you.
