England: Nations League 2020/21

Lord Camomile

Yipchaa!
It's back!

In case you'd forgotten (how could you?!), England are in a group with Belgium, Iceland and Denmark. So, the team that beat us twice in WC 2018, and the team that knocked us out of Euro 2016. Vengeance will definitely be ours :hmm:

First up we have Iceland in Reykjavik on Sat 05 Sep, then Denmark in Copenhagen on Tue 08 Sep. Which actually sounds like a nice little European break, if it weren't for, y'know, global pandemic.

Other fixtures:

Sun 11 Oct England v Belgium
Wed 14 Oct England v Denmark

Sun 15 Nov Belgium v England
Wed 18 Nov England v Iceland

England haven't played a match since November of last year, so will be nice to see the boys get a run out ahead of starting the... club league(?) the following weekend.

Hurrah!

Winks = promise at best

Henderson captained a team winning the CL and PL in two seasons.

Grealish carried a whole team on his shoulders this season.
