I visited a friend and popped into the Cats Protection League shop and bought a high waisted 1940s style denim skirt originally from Tesco, a pair of black trousers from Next, a Marc Jacobs flared skirt, a Fatface striped top and a kids top.....plus Cluedo, a Sudoko DVD game & Origins bath crystals for £17.95....I'm chuffed to bits with my haul. Also just bought a pair of biker type boots from office but silly me can't post a link...they are Blowfish and £65.

I just bought a lovely grey cardigan from ebay and then found an almost identical one in a box under the bed that I bought last year and forgot I had

Well this arrived and it's not really grey more greyish brown and has a weird shape so pleased I found my old grey cardi under the bed!

yesterday i got a leather MA-1 jacket for £8 from the sally army. it's far too big for me, but i reckon i can shift it for 50-100 quid on ebay.

today, a grey ralph lauren polo shirt and a green plaid ralph lauren jacket for 99p each!

Personally, I'd go for the trainers in black, but that's because I'm totally unadventurous when it comes to clothes/shoes

Although the shoes might be more suitable to wear to work as well

I don't think the trainers are worth the extra £20. Actually, don't really like them at all but I'm not a big trainer person...

Get the first ones in the colour you think suits best with the clothes you'll wear them with. Although I think i'm slightly erring on the side of brown

They are all missing the five inch heel...

The black colour of the first shoe is less apalling than the brown but the black trainers are less offensive to the eye so I'd get those. If i absolutely had to.
