I'm tempted by this People Tree dress I saw in a shop near work... may have to try it on to see if it works with baby bump, then buy from website where it's £10 cheaper

I really like People Tree, some of it is a but mumsy (sorry cloo I know you're a mum :D) but it's well made and feels nice on the skin. I got some of their goodie bags last year

Killer b!!! What you should have got was some cowboy boots ;)

I've never yet bought any People Tree, it's a bit above what I usually pay, although OK in the sales.

I was leaning towards just buying a cheapass maxi dress somewhere, but sometimes I do fancy just treating myself to something a bit nicer!

Speaking of jeans, where's best for cheap and cheerful ones that don't look absolutely cack? In London, for a bloke. I'm thinking Uniqlo...

yep, uniqlo are the way forward i reckon. how cheap though?

i was in h&m the other day and their basic £10 jeans don't look too bad. i'm not about to buy a pair to find out though, haven't the closet space...

I tried on a nice blue, flowery avec coral belt long top/short dress in new look today. It did very strange things to my boobs so I left it in the shop.

I also tried on a nice cottony blue dress in monsoon which had way too much material on the bottom half and looked really odd so that also stayed in the shop.

So I got some new mascara and some perfume. I used to always go and buy music if I'd had a shopping failure experience, it looks like accessories/make up are taking its place these day.

It's arrived but I haven't had time to try it on yet - will let you know tomorrow.

In the meantime, I can't stop bloody shopping. I don't often do pink, but I'm a sucker for a butterfly print!

I've tried it on but not worn it out - underbust seaming works for me, but I wear it untucked :)

I hate to ask a really personal question but are you aahhh, top heavy at all? My lady lumps are the only thing that make me wonder about the shirt. And I guess I'll try it untucked when it arrives :)

Thanks for that biddly. My breasts are not very small and humble so time will tell if the shirt fits :)
I like the poppy top, very pretty :)
