These jumpers.

That's what happened to my husband. Tell me you haven't got the leggings. Or... them shoes :(

I always have a titter when driving behind a cyclist in those strange tight leggings...especially when they're going uphill and have to stand on the pedals.
I can never understand the outfit...if they come off the bike at 30 or even 20kmph they will have their skin grated off in no time at all. Aerodynamics are all very fine if you're taking off but...on a bike?

This is what happened to me  I have it all, after swearing I wouldn't

The leggings are padded to protect your sex parts bubblesmcgrath  I wear loose shorts over the top of mine.

Not wanting to turn this into a cycling thread.... but your sex parts aren't going to be the bits that hit the road at 30kmph.....
There's no protection for skin...anywhere.
Which I really don't get...

I've asked this too, people that moan about teens on mopeds doing 25-30 around here with nothing but shorts/jeans are doing the same speed on a bike with stretchy leggings and nothing else

Fucking shoe manufacturers.

I had recently bought a new pair of cheap and super-comfortable but decidedly naff Hi Tec trainers for work and I was of course then pestered by online advertising for some rather nice blue Ellesse ones at twice the price, but I figure that still being single at my advanced age and girth, I need to up my game in the threads department.

I should have known that their "UK13" would be nearer 11

Bad enough that I can't get any wearable shoes in vegan materials, but I can't have style either. :(

No such problem with the clunky safety boots I now have for work - Frankenstein could wear their size 12 ...

From the sublime to the ridiculous ...

For some unknown reason every year I end up clicking on the same "big foot" socks on Amazon.

First couple of years they were OK.
Last year they were OK except they had "work" printed on them.

This year the heels are half way up my ankles. :p

For someone with bigger feet than you? Sizing's ridiculous these days. I bought 4 pairs of leggings, same brand, and they're all wildly different lengths and widths, and even shades of black.
