I'd been meaning to post something like "we can still get through if we beat Italy, that should be a piece of piss" as a joke before the match, from what I gather it sounds like my joke that I intended to make but didn't came very close to being prophetic, but ultimately wasn't, so just as well I never got around to posting it. Well, in that case, come on Denmark, Turkey, Portugal, and England-by-more-than-three-goals!

...also some great players in recent years including several who play in the prem, and as i watch spurs Modric, Perisic and Kranjcar particularly stand out, but theres a lot.
