Cop26 (Glasgow 2021).

danny la rouge

More like *fanny* la rouge!
Should this be in World? Not sure: the focus will be in Glasgow, though.

Anyway, I came across this site that Glasgow Council publicise as a "trusted one-stop source of accurate, up to date, information on city events, developments and improvements. It contains information and practical advice from Glasgow City Council and partners about city operations during large-scale events such as COP26".

So, I looked at Partners. Partners - Get Ready Glasgow

And there is a Transport Scotland logo, including the strapline "just build more roads".

Come on. Really?

Has it been sabotaged by a sarcastic activist?

I think here is as good a place as any to put this thread.

Biden and Johnson have both made domestic pledges in the last couple of days, although I believe they both lacked somewhat in terms of policies. Biden will probably be hamstrung by the Senate, and Johnson, well...

Biden's webinar seems to have gone as well as could have been expected, by all the accounts I've read. I understand sticking in John Kerry as his climate envoy has been a pretty good move.

The UK has Alok Sharma.
