Some would even suggest a 'conspiracy', after all they they are now using 'conspiracy' charges against group of activists

Lets hope justice will be served, as yet there is no real indications that, that is the case..

I'm waiting DB your justifications for the action or your apology to urban for jumpin the gun assumign that this was another acab thread and for attempting to cast dispersions on a dead man and his potential actions which caused him to be beaten to death...

We'd all like to hear your justifications for what we have seen as clearly no one but you has the insider knowledge to be able to discern a situation where there would be justification for beating a man to death, but if you know of a jusification or hell break your unwritten rule of speculating on the behaviour of the police (just in the same manner you're speculatin on him asking for it in some way... funny how you'll never be drawn into speculating about your ex collugeges but are free and easy with your assumptions and jumping the gun about the victim. which in it's self is telling...).

there were loads of coppers everywhere, a guy got assaulted and none of them batted an eyelid cos the attacker was in a uniform

really the officer being riled would ahve cause enough for a senior officer to say back in the van til you've cooled off lad but they didn't inferring that the action of a riled up officer was entirely what senior officers were expecting and they clearly (their overwhelming lack of help displays) also sanctioned the letting off of steam of riled colleguges by not stopping them...

someone moving at a pace not considered speedy enough for a police officer should either be moved on or arrested you cannot say it's a ligtimate tactic to beat people into moving on espcially when to move on would require the assulating officer moving out of the way to allow clear passage...

there is nothing he could have done which will justify the actions taken against him or indeed any of the protestors who were going about their legally entitle course of action by protesting.

The soundtrack may be from an different incident entirely, and may have been added to this video purely to make the police look bad. By an anarchist. A masked one I expect.

But their original account/explanation was that Mr Tomlinson died of natural causes. A load of old horseshit that turned out to be once the footage of the incident emerged.

The onus is now on the filth to prove anything they say is true. The default mode of Old Bill is to lie; when this fails, deny. The problem with DB is that he’s been returned to factory settings too often.

To be fair to the officer involved, if he's responsible for Mr Tomlinson's death, the guilt could be hitting him hard. If he's not a stone-cold psychopath, but an ordinary man who became hopped-up on adrenaline and media hype, a heart attack isn't out of the question. Most people aren't monsters. Back in the day, some murderers were relieved to be executed.

None of this is offering sympathy for the officer if he's guilty of manslaughter. Just an explanation for this beside a cover-up or malingering.
