Good stuff. I didn't know that had a name. I thought it was just "a meal".There are generally chips with loads of sloppy stuff and cheese on top.
Like nachos but with chips.
Badgers made a kinda hot cooked salsa. That on hot chips with melted cheese on top.
All that good chips need is to be lightly salted; no condiments necessary.
I'd drink vinegar from the bottle if I could, so I use chips as a more socially acceptable method of transporting it to my innards. I'm not mad about them, but like 'em occasionally.
I love vinegar and pickles too. I draw the line at neat malt though.Perfectly reasonable. I used to drink Sarsons when I was a kid, and love all things pickled. Apart from eggs.
Tenby chips!!
The problem with British Chip shops is they close too early around half ten. When the proper best time to consume chips is on your way home from the pub at chucking out time.
No.
Proper chips are to be savoured and enjoyed.
Post pub food should be dirty fries and chicken/burger/kebab.
You've never had proper chips post pub.
Irish chippers usually close at 1am.
I have actually, there's a couple of chippys in the town centre that stays open late.
