car booty

not necessarily a bad thing...

Haven't played it yet, what I've got of John Martyn is 70's this album is early 80's so I'll see later.

I did get street sounds 6 the other day for a quid and scorpio and another 7by sugar hill gang for 10p in the red cross shop so things aren't bad at the moment.

latest finds (dunno if they're bargins or anything)
a 12" of The Message + an 80's ktel hip-hop comp with both that and White Lines on it (day after reading that thread)

today:

trans-x: digital world
roy davis jr: electric soul
righeira: vamos a la playa (italo disco by the looks of it...)
motown magic disco machine: vol II
scritti politti: cupid and psyche
v/a: amphetamine reptile peel sessions

and (this is a corker)...

ashford and simpson: bourgie bourgie

killer - do you pass a car booty every single fucking morning, like? Cos they only do them at weekends whenever I've seen em!!

is this the greatest cover ever?

definitely on the dodgy side of italo. i guess you're always taking a risk with a cover like that... :D

on the plus side, the pressing of bourgie bourgie isn't the one where someone messed up the mastering and it speeds up in the middle for no reason, and is therefore substantially rarer...
