Another Brexit benefit- using Wi-Fi in Europe

Minor I know but I am planning on being in Spain for 2 weeks in June. How can I work online which I will need to do. I suppose what is the cheapest option. I can’t work from a cafe as I am with family and friends-so will want to work from the Apartments and socialise afterwards. No Wi-Fi there .

You’ve started a new thread to discuss your Wi-fi needs on your holiday?

Proves my point really how so many people don’t realise what we’ve thrown away.
We had free roaming on some networks, we’ve still got free roaming on some networks. We didn’t used to have free roaming on some networks, we’ve still not got free roaming on some networks.

Some of us want to go on holiday and do some work but still be proximate to socialising and yet the evil brexiteers stamped on the dream.

Have I got this right?

It all appears heartbreaking

brexit it changed fuck all aside from giving the tory party a 10 year mandate to stay in power

thank you brexiters

socialism is just around the corner :p

Also I was asking for advice so if you’ve only got a GB news/Richard Yewtree response don’t bother!

If it was a genuine "ask for advice" thread, you would have posted it in the IT forum with a rather different title, but given you chose to post in the politics forum with the title you did, I reckon you'll have to accept the comments that come your way as a result.

Enjoy your holiday...

There were two elections in quick succession just after brexit, this was not a foregone conclusion. Labour were a baw hair away from the goal at that point, all they literally had to do was kick the ball. Not run away with the ball off the pitch and refuse to give it back until they got their people's vote.

The cost of data roaming always depended on what plan you had/have pre and post Brexit, surely?

Edit: you could get caught out with large data roaming charges abroad if your plan didn't cover it, pre Brexit as well.

You’re ruining the Brexit angle!

Brexit… give me a minute… makes… Wi-Fi shit! Better! Something!

I thought the idea of the A Thank You to Brexiteers thread was to ensure that the high standards of incisive political analysis that posts like this illustrate would not leak out onto other sections of the boards.
