Your daily cat and kitten news

Thank you, aren't they just gorgeous? :D
Wee shites though tbf, but still young, they'll calm down a bit in does mental calculation about Siamese energy levels oh probably around 8 years time :D

We were using this same litter with Jakey but he wasn't a digger, this lot kick it all over the place and it just gets tracked everywhere. We've got a bigger high-sided litter tray on order to try and I think I just need to grit my teeth and buy some slightly better quality litter - I do like wood pellet as it's sustainable, cheap, and not very heavy (and I like the natural scent of it), I might try a different brand of wood pellet though and see whether that tracks around a bit less.

I mean we've almost always used wood pellet litter and not had this level of issue with tracking and spread (I got this current bag from Morrisons and we have been using the one they sell for a while, but Jakey just didn't dig in the tray at all), so I'll try a different brand, it might hold together a bit better.
Yes, I like the idea of sustainable litter as well and I get mine delivered from Zooplus but I buy industrial amounts of it with the cattery so I get free delivery.

Would the kittens use a covered litter tray? I've seen some where they go in and out through a hole in the top so there's less chance of litter getting kicked all over the place but they were ridiculously expensive.
