heckling from the back!
Had an interesting time this morning --- herself went into the carrier after her food dish, without too much hassle.Had a chat over the phone this afternoon - now have an appointment tomorrow morning to see what's up, as there are several potential causes.
However, have found that both offers of cat crack and her flirt pole can distract her.
I did suggest mail gloves ! maybe be for me as I have to get her into the cat carrier and I'm not her favourite person to start with ...
She was quite well-behaved down at t'vets ; short consultation, examination & weighed then steroid injection and a "modern" anti-flea treatment = £80 ! Vet seemed to think it was mostly flea allergy reaction mixed with stress ...
meowed a bit on the way home & then ignored us for some time.
She's been bought a long tail & pole plus a load of bells in balls ... hopefully they'll distract her !
