Worth making i'd say, really tasty! And VERY green Used almost a whole basil plant. Lots left though, no idea how long it will keep. Wonder if i could freeze some?
btw i tried freezing mashed spuds...and you were right, they cooked up a treat in the microwave. No more half wasted bags of spuds for me!
No idea about freezing it, although I have a vague memory of someone telling me you had to eat it straightaway - only vague though, so not a trustworthy opinion!
ah, nice one re the mash - it's not 100% as good as just-made, but as near as dammit, eh?
